Day 1

HARIDWAR – GUPTKASHI /FATA/SERSI (240 KMS. / 08-09 HRS.)

Morning pick from Haridwar and drive to Guptkashi/Fata/Sersi, on reaching check in at Hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

GUPTKASHI/FATA/SERSI/– SONPRYAG – GAURIKUND - KEDARNATH (30 KMS. DRIVE + 19 KMS. TREK)

Morning drive to Sonprayag, on reaching take Local taxi to Gaurikund (own), from Gaurikund start your trek above to Kedarnath, from Gaurikund you can take Pony/Palki (Own arrangements), on reaching Kedarnath, check in at Camps, Later Darshan of Kedarnath Ji, evening Join Kedarnath Aarti at the Temple, overnight stay at Kedarnath.

By Helicopter: if you have your already Booked Helicopter tickets, then our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel to Helipad. At arrival in Kedarnath reach Kedarnath Temple. Visit Kedarnath Temple. After darshan return to the helipad. Take return flight. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and take you to your hotel.

By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Due to long trek guests needs to start very early in the morning. Horse / Pony / Palki is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Later trek down to Gaurikund. Take jeep to Sonprayag at own cost. Our driver will pick up you from Sonprayag and take you to your hotel. There is a big parking issue so driver will park the vehicle at other place if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your driver.

Day 3

KEDRNATH – SITAPUR/SERSI/FATA/GUPTKASHI (19 KMS. TREK + 30 KMS DRIVE)

Morning after Pooja and Darshan, start 19 Kms. trek down to Gaurikund, on reaching catch Local taxi to Sonprayag (Own Expenses), meet with driver and transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4

SERSI/FATA/GUPTKASHI – HARIDWAR (240 KMS. / 08-09 HRS.)

Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar, on the way at Kaliyasaur visit Dhari Devi Mandir, later continue drive towards Haridwar, when in Devprayag see the Confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi Rivers. On reaching Haridwar we will drop to your place.

--Do not forget to carry your government approved Identity such as Passport, Aadhar, Driving License or Voter ID for check ins and check-outs

--Carry your valid identification card for hotel stays, also the documents must include photographs. The company is not responsible for any issues regarding Id proofs

--Vehicle AC will not work in any weather conditions in hills.

--Pick and Drop points will be one only

--The company is not responsible for any theft, accident, injury or death during the tour.

--We will not responsible for any cost arising due to bed weather, tour amendments, road block, and any Nature calamity.

PAYMENTS POLICY:-

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival. but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
